We deliver to all regions of Australia with the exception of Western Australia and Tasmania.

Prices online are exclusive of GST. The Tax will be calculated at checkout.

Prices online are subject to freight charges and prices vary for delivery depending on the weight and size of goods as well as your shipping address. As a general rule, heavy equipment can be sensitive to freight via general carriers, so we take extra care and use specialised freight for things like fridges and glass cabinets.

Please contact us for a customised quote based on your needs. We primarily are a business to business wholesaler, so we like a good deal too.

If you cancel an order that has not been shipped we will refund your money.

If your order has been shipped we will need to wait until the item is returned before refunding

Simple hopefully - We love feedback and we also do everything possible to make it very clear on the site information about things like brand, size, intended uses - so as the buyer you can be fully informed and have no surprises when you recieve you package.

However, if the item is faulty - from a workmanship perspective or if the item cannot do the job as described in the manufacturers literature or our literature then we will certainly receive the item back and offer you a replacement or full refund.

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is not available we will make contact with you to make alternate arrangemnts.

We ensure all items despatched are packed well for road and air transport. Should you have a damaged item, you need to notify us within 24 hours.
